Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Last updated 27 July 2026. These terms apply to purchases from Forge, a storefront operated by Aurevon Labs.

Digital products & refunds

All Forge products are digital downloads delivered instantly. Because files cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are generally final. That said, we stand behind our work: if your file is corrupted, you received the wrong item, you were charged in error, or you genuinely can't access your download, email us within 14 days at mike@aurevonvc.com and we'll fix it or refund you.

License & usage

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the prompts and agent configurations in your own work and business. Please don't redistribute, resell, or republish the files themselves. Agent kits are reusable templates and may be sold to multiple buyers — you're licensing a configuration, not exclusive work.

What our products are — and aren't

Prompts and agent kits are starting templates that draft outputs and, in the case of agents, escalate to a human for decisions. They are tools you customize, not guaranteed outcomes. They carry no legal, financial, medical, or other professional authority, and we make no guarantee of any particular result. Always review AI output before you rely on or publish it.

Orders & pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order placed in error, including pricing errors. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address for delivery of your download.

Acceptable use

Don't use our products to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or to infringe anyone's rights. We may decline service or revoke a license for misuse.
